I know that none of you are talking to me, but I feel like writing anyway.

I've been missing my parents, so I read some Muggle literature last night. Unfortunately, the books I read in the Muggles section of the school library were not exactly cheerful. A Modest Proposal is hardly the feel-good book of the year...

Does anyone have any Muggle books or interesting faerie tales I could borrow? I haven't had much to do since I've already taken all the courses I'm in and I could use some good books. I've read nearly all the textbooks available.

My friends are driving me mad. 

Harry's upset with me, because apparently I can't do anything right. Ever since we arrived, he's ignored me, and when I finally went and did something, it was wrong. And now he's angry because I didn't include him. I can't win...

And in other news, all of you in the betting pool for Ron and me can stop. We tried dating, but I've decided that he's an insensitive jerk and not worth my time.

I'd really love some conversation right now. Anyone? I could really use a distraction. Ron, you're such a rotten jerk.
